Seeking support for your child can raise questions about both process and cost. Effective support does not always require a long-term or comprehensive commitment. There are flexible ways to begin, depending on your needs, questions, and readiness.

This initial conversation gives you space to:

There is no obligation to continue after this conversation.
If we decide together to move forward after the initial call, I will email you a service agreement outlining fees and billing before any work begins. Just reply "I agree" to the service agreement email and we will schedule a consultation appointment.
Most consultations are conducted virtually via telephone, FaceTime, or Zoom.
Parent and family consultation is billed hourly.
Services are billed at $150 per hour
There is a one-hour minimum for billable consultation time.
You decide how much support you want and you can set a clear time or cost limit in advance.
This helps ensure there are no surprises and that support stays aligned with your needs and budget.
After a consultation or service is completed, you will receive an invoice via Stripe sent to the email address you provide. Payment is due within seven days of the invoice due. Stripe allows for secure payment by credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay.
